I enjoy helping people live a better life than they could dream of and I am honored to walk alongside people through the ups and downs of life. Before I had the privilege to be on staff as a pastor, I was a member of this church while I worked at Mission Springs Camp and Conference Center. My hope is to foster deeper relationships, with God and one another, and bring a sense of community both inside and outside the church walls. I have a masters degree from North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago and am ordained as a pastor with the Evangelical Covenant Church. When I am not at church you might find me with my family, surfing or mountain biking.

Claudia's Bio

It is a joy for me to re-learn what a childlike faith looks like as I worship with the little people in our church. As a mother, stewarding the spiritual formation of young people has become an important aspect of my life, and it has been wonderful to extend this passion to our church. Formerly a Montessori elementary school teacher and outdoor educator, working with children has been an integral piece of my professional career. When not surrounded by little folk, I often enjoy running through the woods, embracing simple living at home, and camping with my family.
