Our pastoral search committee is excited to recommend a candidate for our lead pastor. This recommendation is unanimous. There will be several opportunities to meet our candidate this coming weekend and also the following Sunday. Here’s the schedule:

Sunday, May 24th: The search committee will introduce our candidate for lead pastor at this all-age worship service.

Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th, 12:00: Join us for a BBQ on the patio at noon. You’ll have the opportunity to meet our lead pastor candidate and his family. The main course will be provided; please bring a side dish or salad to share. We’ll have a Q&A time with our candidate about 1:30.

Sunday, May 31st: Our lead pastor candidate will be preaching this Sunday morning. Please join us for worship together.

Sunday, May 31st, 4:00 PM: Return in the afternoon for our congregation business meeting. We’ll hear from our search committee, and have time for questions and comments. This is a time of discernment; we’ll vote on the question: “Is God calling our candidate to be lead pastor here at Community Covenant?”
